At Adaiah Collective, we aim to deliver high-quality wigs with transparency around timelines and shipping processes. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
1. Order Processing & Pre-Orders
All wigs are pre-order items unless stated otherwise.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, processing begins immediately.

Lead Time: 8–10 business days
This period covers sourcing, quality checks, and preparation before dispatch.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within South Africa and Eswatini only.
3. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Aramex (South African customers) and SPTC Courier Service (Swazi customers).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
4. Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, delivery typically takes:

South Africa: 1–3 business days (depending on location)

Eswatini: 2–5 business days (depending on location)
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Any additional customs or cross-border charges (for Eswatini) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we work closely with Aramex and SPTC to ensure timely delivery, Adaiah Collective is not liable for courier delays.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service.
