PRE-ORDER SYSTEM

What does “pre-order” mean?

All Adaiah Collective wigs and bundles are available on a pre-order basis. This means your unit is prepared specifically for you after your order is placed, ensuring premium quality and attention to detail.

Why does Adaiah Collective use a pre-order system?

Our pre-order model allows us to:

  • Maintain strict quality control
  • Avoid holding excess stock
  • Deliver freshly prepared, high-quality units

This ensures every customer receives hair that meets our standards.

When does my order processing begin?

Processing begins once your payment has been successfully confirmed. From this point, your order moves into production.

LEAD TIMES

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard lead time is 10–14 working days. This includes:

  • Sourcing and preparing your unit
  • Quality checks
  • Packaging

Delivery timeframes are included within this window but may vary slightly depending on your location.

Can my order arrive sooner than 10 days?

In some cases, orders may be completed earlier than expected. However, we recommend planning around the full 10–14 working day timeframe.

Do you offer rush orders?

At this stage, we do not offer expedited processing. Our focus is on maintaining consistent quality for every order.

  • South Africa
  • Eswatini

How long does delivery take after dispatch?

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • South Africa: 1–3 working days
  • Eswatini: 2–5 working days
