Refund policy

At Adaiah Collective, we take pride in providing premium, custom-sourced wigs. Due to the nature of our products and pre-order model, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Pre-Orders & Order Confirmation
All wigs are pre-order items unless stated otherwise.
Once an order is placed and payment is received, the order is considered final and confirmed.
Because wigs are sourced and prepared specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once processing has begun.
2. Hygiene & Product Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs are non-returnable once worn, installed, altered, or removed from their original packaging.
This policy is in line with health and safety regulations for personal-use hair products.
3. Returns Eligibility
Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect length, texture, or colour compared to your order confirmation).

The wig arrived defective or damaged (manufacturing fault, not caused by handling or wear).
To be eligible for a return:

The wig must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved:

You may choose a replacement wig or a store credit.

Refunds are issued only for verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent by us.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind

Incorrect length, texture, or density chosen by the customer

Slight colour variations due to lighting or screen differences

Delays caused by couriers

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Wigs that have been worn, installed, cut, dyed, styled, or modified
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
7. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun (typically within 24 hours of payment).
